You are Unique!
Each year, the federal government requires employers that have at least 100 employees to report Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) information. This includes information about each associate’s:
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- Race
- Job function
With the recent implementation of ADP, we are missing EEO information on many people. As a result, we are asking you to update your EEO self-identification data to ensure consistency with how you want your information reported.
Why are You Asking for this Personal Information?
This information is only for required government EEO reporting, and will not affect your employment in any way. All employers that have at least 100 employees are required to file reports annually with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Do I Have to Participate?
Participation is voluntary. However, even if you do not participate, Interim HealthCare is still required to report your data to the EEOC. Therefore, we will be forced to report based on “visual identification,” which may or may not be consistent with how you identify. Because of this, your participation is very important!
Why is My Social Security Number Necessary?
Your Social Security Number is necessary in order to upload information to your ADP record. We take your data security very seriously, and our website is secure.
What Do I Need to Do?
Please take a moment to enter your own EEO information as you self-identify!
