***New Process for E-Gift Card Redemption***

Instead of picking a specific card during your AVA request, you’ll now make your selections through the Reward Link once it’s delivered to your email.

  • If you select the Reward Link option, you’ll receive an email with a secure link. That link will take you to a website where you can go shopping for your e-gift card(s) from over 275 options—including all the brands previously available.
  • You can choose one or multiple gift cards—however you want to break up your AVA Rewards!
    Your Reward Link will stay active, so you don’t have to spend it all at once.

🎉 New: Interim Company Store Now Live

You can now redeem your AVA points for an Interim Company Store gift card code to use toward apparel and branded merchandise.

Select the “Interim Company Store” option on the AVA request form, and you will receive a code to use at checkout.

Please review the following before submitting—this helps us deliver AVA selections quickly.

  • Legal Name and Email Address provided must match your ADP “Profile” 
  • AVA Point Amount selected must be equivalent or less than your Total AVA Points
  • Gas Gift Cards are mailed to the home address listed in your ADP “Profile”
  • Interim Merch Gift Codes are emailed to the email address provided
  • Only active employees are eligible for AVA Redemptions
